The CMH Business Office will automatically bill your insurance company for any services, with that we provide. After your insurance company has paid, we will bill you for the remaining balance. If your insurance company does not respond within forty-five days, we will initiate appropriate follow-up procedures with you and your insurer. The Business Office staff can answer questions about your bill and our billing procedures.
