Volunteer Couriers transport documents and other light-weight items between CMH and its clinics in Beardstown and Astoria, helping to free hospital staff for other duties.

Couriers drive a CMH owned vehicle once a day, starting at 8:00 a.m. Their route is usually complete by 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., depending on each day’s schedule. Couriers must be 18 years of age, have a good driving record, and be trained in patient confidentiality. Days of service are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
