Cooking with Culbertson is a brand-new series of classes and workshops designed to improve dietary habits with easy and affordable tips for cooking and shopping. Led by Dietitian Katie Horstmeyer, Cooking with Culbertson will focus on the basics of preparing meals with whole-food ingredients. Discussion topics will include:

- Chronic disease management
- Cooking for picky eaters
- Preparing meals to go

Meet Our Dietitian
Katie Horstmeyer, RD boasts more than 16 years of experience in helping people reach their health goals by promoting a healthy mindset toward nutrition. The owner of the Central Illinois-based Advanced Nutrition Care, LLC, Horstmeyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Murray State University.
