Location: Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital – Rushville, IL
Schedule: Full-time | 3×12-hour shifts

We’re looking for a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) who’s ready to bring their skills and heart to a team that feels like family. Duties:

• Collect and process patient samples for diagnostic testing
• Perform laboratory tests to assist in diagnosis and treatment
• Recognize and report abnormal results to the Pathologist
• Maintain lab safety, cleanliness, and compliance with procedures
• Participate in infection control, equipment training, and safety programs
• Provide exceptional service and work collaboratively with the healthcare team

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
• Completion of an accredited MLT/CLS or MT/MLS program
• Successful completion of ASCP/AMT registry exam
• 1–3 months of related experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and deliver excellent patient care
• BCLS (CPR) certification
• A team-first attitude and commitment to outstanding service
