What’s the difference between the Walk-in Clinic and the Convenient Care Clinics?
The Walk-in Clinic provides basic healthcare service for non-emergency situations and is designed for quick access to care without the need for an appointment. Meanwhile, the Convenient Care Clinics offer a wider range of medical services and are equipped with on-site diagnostic capabilities, making them suitable for more serious, non-life-threatening conditions.
Can I utilize the Walk-in Clinic for medication management or chronic health issues?
The Walk-in Clinic will not manage medications or chronic problems. Such requests are more appropriately managed by your primary care provider as they have a more complete understanding of your health history. Controlled substances will not be ordered at the Walk-in Clinic.
Do you take my health insurance?
Most private medical insurance plans are accepted at the Walk-in Clinic. Our providers ask that insurance cards are presented at the front desk upon arrival. Co-pays and any other fees should be paid at the time of service. Self-pay and cash payment options will also be available.
Can I still schedule appointments with Heidi Greer if I am a current patient?

Do I have to be an established patient?
No, you are not required to be an established patient with the hospital or its associated clinics. All patients are welcome.
Does the Walk-in Clinic treat all ages?
Yes, patients of all ages are welcome at the Walk-in Clinic.
Will flu shots or other vaccinations be offered?
Routine childhood vaccines will not be available at this clinic. Other vaccines may be available if the provider determines they are necessary.
Will a visit summary be shared with my primary care provider?
Yes, patients may be asked to provide PCP information and sign a release at time of service.
What is the process for checking in at the Walk-in Clinic?
Upon arrival at the Walk-in Clinic, patients will check in at the registration desk. Patients should bring photo ID, insurance card, and co-pay.

Visits are billed the same as a clinic visit. Cost will be determined by the level of care.
