 Duties:

• Evaluate each patient’s unique needs and develop personalized therapy plans that support safe, effective recovery
• Guide patients in restoring movement, strength, and function, helping them return to the activities that matter most
• Empower patients to reach their highest level of independence and performance, improving quality of life
• Collaborate with and support care team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience

Requirements:

• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BCLS (CPR) certification
