We're Hiring: Advanced Practice Practitioner (FNP or PA)

Location: Elmer Hugh Taylor Clinic – Beardstown, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45.00–$57.00/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is passionate about patient care and ready to become a long-term member of our Culbertson family. Duties:

• Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Provide direct treatment, prescribe medications, and manage health conditions
• Educate patients and families on preventative care and treatment options
• Conduct screenings, immunizations, and wellness visits
• Collaborate with other providers and float to other clinics as needed
• Maintain compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and federal healthcare regulations

FNP Requirements:

• Master’s degree in nursing or graduate of an accredited NP program
• Certification from ANCC or AANPCB
• Unrestricted Illinois NP license
• Full prescriptive authority and DEA permit
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)

PA Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• NCCPA certification
• Unrestricted Illinois PA license
• Full prescriptive authority and DEA permit
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in Family Medicine preferred
