Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time, on-site Cook/Dietary Aide to join our team. Located in Rushville, IL, Culbertson is a 22 bed Critical Access Hospital. We are looking for a candidate that wants to become a long-term member of our family and lead Culbertson for years to come. In addition to numerous community and employment benefits, Culbertson is a Illinois district hospital which entitles all employees to participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund. Duties:

• Prepare dinner for our patients, some staff, and help with special events
• Night cook every other weekend
• Must be able to follow recipes and specific diets plans
• Cut and plate up desserts
• Make salads
• Portion out and serve meals
• Sees that the kitchen, dining room, and storage areas are clean and orderly.
• Check in and put away delivery trucks
• Performs related duties and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Food service sanitation certification a plus
• If no certification certificate prior to employment, then must obtain Food Handlers Manager Course after being employed one year. 

Schedule: 4-5 days per week - Full-time hours

• 9:00am-5:30pm 
• Work every other weekend
