Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital is seeking an as needed LPN or MA in the Elmer Hugh Taylor Clinic to join our team. General Duties: 

• Provide a variety of patient care activities to assist providers in the treatment of clinic patients. Activities included but are not limited to escorting patients to exam rooms, obtaining and documenting vital signs, review and documenting medical history, medications, current concerns in the electronic medical record and all lab collection. 

Shift: Variable schedule (35-40 hours per week) 

Compensation: $16.31 - $23.13 (Depending on certification and years of relevant experience) 

Qualifications: 

• Credentials associated with competence in this position include graduation from an accredited school of nursing or technical school for medical assistants. 
• Ability to travel to various clinics, if needed.
