Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our billing team. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to help keep operations running smoothly and want to be part of a supportive, mission-driven organization, this is the opportunity for you!

Duties:

• Reconcile patient accounts
• Follow up on insurance claims and unpaid balances
• Contact insurance companies and use online portals to resolve billing issues
• Support the billing office with administrative and financial tasks
• Help ensure accurate and timely processing of patient billing

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a medical billing or accounts receivable role preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret accounting journals, reports, and documents
• Basic computer skills and comfort with office equipment
• A team-first attitude and commitment to excellent service
