Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (flexibility available)

Pay: $27.42 – $37.74 per hour

We are seeking a full time, on site HIM Manager to join our team. As Critical Access Hospital located in Rushville, IL, Culbertson is committed to serving our community with excellence. We are searching for someone who wants to become a long term member of our organization and help lead Culbertson for years to come.

Duties

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of Health Information Management in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Lead and manage Medical Staff services, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.
• Oversee all health information processes, documentation standards, and departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations governing Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support quality, safety, and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or extensive education/certifications in Health Information Management.
• Minimum three years experience in hospital or clinic coding (technical and professional components).
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations for Critical Access Hospitals and Provider-Based Rural Health Clinics.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
