Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time, on-site CNA to join our team. Duties:

• Under the supervision of the Acute Care Provider and the direction of the Registered Nurse, assists to provide care to patients in the Acute Care Department within the defined scope of practice.  
• Provide basic nursing and supportive care
• Performs treatments and provides services within scope of practice
• Assists in patient admission, transfer and discharge activities
• Assists in moving, ambulating, lifting and transporting patients. 

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited training program for Certified Nursing Assistant
• BLS, ACLS Certification required
• 2 years of Acute Care nursing preferred

Schedule: 06:30 PM - 7:00 AM Sunday through Saturday (3 days per week with weekend rotation)

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 (Depending on length of relevant experience)
