Duties:

• Provide compassionate care to an assigned group of patients
• Supervise LPNs, Nursing Assistants, and other RNs when assigned as charge nurse
• Carry out administrative responsibilities with professionalism and accountability
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high quality patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (new grads welcome)
• Current RN license in the State of Illinois
• BLS certification 
• ACLS preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• A caring attitude and a commitment to teamwork
