Location: Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital – Rushville, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Varied Hours)
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Revenue Cycle – Billing Office

Duties:

• Support patients in understanding monthly payment plans and accessing financial aid programs.
• Assess eligibility and guide patients through application processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a trusted resource for patients with questions about billing and insurance.

General Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (degree preferred).
• Experience in medical billing and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
