Memorial Gift
A Memorial Gift represents a lasting testimony to honor the life of a person who has passed on. It can be given in remembrance of a loved one or a friend, as a gift in lieu of, or as a planned memorial donation.
Honorarium Gift
An Honorarium Gift is a way to lovingly recognize someone still living who has made a positive impact on your life. You can honor a healthcare provider or volunteer that has provided exceptional care or celebrate a milestone such as a cancer-free anniversary.
We will acknowledge your tribute to loved ones with a note to family members informing them of your gift. Gifts totaling $500 or more are acknowledged with a plaque on our donor wall in the name of the memorialized or honored person.

There are many ways to give:
Cash – checks can be made payable to the Culbertson Memorial Foundation.
Securities - transfer ownership of a capital asset, such as stocks or bonds.
Real Estate – homes, plots or acres of farmland.
Personal Property – articles of value (jewelry, gold, coins, artwork).
Planned Gifts – through bequest and living trusts, charitable remainder trusts, life insurance, and charitable gift annuities.
You can give as much or as little depending on your individual needs and wishes. If you wish, you can specify exactly which department you’d wish to donate, or the Foundation can determine the best use of your donation.
