Culbertson Memorial Hospital – a rural healthcare facility serving the citizens of Schuyler, Cass, Brown and southern Fulton Counties in west-central Illinois. Our 23-bed hospital is located in the lovely town of Rushville. The hospital also operates four family practice clinics: Community Medical Clinic - Astoria, Community Medical Clinic - Table Grove, Elmer Hugh Taylor Clinic in Beardstown and Rushville Family Practice.

Employees and covered dependents receive a 50% discount on any unpaid balance of outpatient services at the end of their probationary period.
A group health insurance plan is available to all full-time and part-time employees. New employees become eligible for coverage on the first day of the month following the first day of employment. Details regarding coverage and employee contribution are available in the Administration office.
A voluntary dental plan is available to all full-time and part-time employees. Details regarding coverage and employee contribution are available in the Administration office.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Employees are granted vacations with pay based on the length of service. New employees will start to accrue vacation time after their 90 day introductory period.
A voluntary term life insurance plan is available to full-time and part-time employees.
Any employee working at least part-time may apply for tuition reimbursement for courses related to advancing to a higher level position.
Employees may join the Healthcare Associates Credit Union and participate in their savings and loan programs. More information is available in the Administration office.
Employees working at least 600 hours per year will participate in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Plan.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees may elect to participate in Health Care and/or Dependent Care savings accounts. Employee-paid health and dental insurance premiums are deducted before taxes are assessed.
Direct deposit is offered to all employees of the hospital to the financial institution of their choice.
