With the help from the Caregiver Support Group and Cathy Rigg, I have learned how important it is, as a caregiver, to take care of themselves too.
Oh, my goodness where do I even start….there is no amount of thanks for Josh Moore in the ER for his time and extreme effort yesterday. A huge thank you to him for taking care of the kids. They felt comfortable with his care and mostly he was a great patient advocate.
